- American football wear manufacturer for teams and sportswear brands
American football kit has a different production profile than most sportswear categories: heavier fabric for game jerseys, reinforced stitching around pads and padding zones, and compression layers that need to fit close without restricting movement. Blue Star Manufacturing produces game jerseys, pants, compression layers, sideline wear, and team jackets for brands, teams, and sportswear importers across the USA, UK, and Europe, manufactured in bulk under the buyer's own name.

What we manufacture for American football teams and brands
Our range covers what a team or brand typically needs across a season: game jerseys built to sit over pads, game pants reinforced at stress points, compression layers for base-layer wear, sideline jackets and pullovers for the bench, and team jackets for travel and off-field use. Fabric and construction shift depending on the piece. A compression layer needs stretch and moisture management, while a sideline jacket needs warmth and coverage. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack, sizing, and design rather than a stock catalog.
Getting your kit design into production
Most orders start with a reference jersey, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it approved before bulk production starts. Team logos, numbers, and sponsor branding get applied through print, embroidery, or heat transfer at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches what was signed off.
Consistency across a full team order
A jersey or pant that fits right in sample form has to fit the same way across a full roster order, and again on a repeat order the following season. Cutting stays consistent, stitching gets checked at each production stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and construction don't drift between deliveries.
If you have a kit spec, a reference jersey, or team requirements in mind, send them over, and we'll walk you through sampling and timelines.
