Our range covers a season's regular order: game jerseys and pants cut to the buyer's pattern, undershirts for base-layer wear, team jackets for travel and dugout use, and warm-up apparel for pre-game routines. Fabric choice depends on the piece. Game pants generally need a sturdier weave to handle sliding, while undershirts call for lighter, moisture-managing material. We build to the buyer's tech pack and sizing rather than a fixed catalog.
From your kit design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference jersey, a sketch, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and stitching, and get it approved before bulk production begins. Team logos, numbers, and sponsor branding are applied through print, embroidery, or heat transfer at this stage, so the bulk order matches what was signed off, whether it's a single club run or a private label order for a sportswear brand.
Keeping quality consistent across the order
A jersey or pant that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across a full team order, and again if that order repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors don't drift between deliveries.
