Our range covers what a team or brand typically orders across a season: match jerseys and shorts cut for a loose, unrestricted fit, warm-up suits for pre-game and travel, and shooting shirts for practice sessions. Fabric choice matters here more than in most categories. Jerseys usually call for lightweight, breathable mesh, while warm-up suits need a bit more structure and coverage. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock range.
From your kit design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference jersey, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Team names, numbers, and sponsor branding are applied through print or embroidery at this stage, so what ships in bulk, whether it's a club order or a private label run for a sportswear brand, matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the full order
A jersey or short that fits right as a sample has to fit the same way across a full roster order, and again if that order repeats the following season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors don't drift between deliveries.
