What we manufacture for gyms and academies
Our range covers what a gym or academy typically needs to run and brand its space: staff uniforms for coaches and front-desk teams, branded apparel like tees and hoodies for members and merchandise sales, academy merchandise carrying a gym's logo and identity, and wall pads for training areas that see regular contact. Wall pad construction uses padded foam under a durable, wipeable cover, built to the thickness and sizing a gym specifies for its space. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and specifications rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference product, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm materials, sizing, and stitching, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Gym logos and branding, or a private label brand's own tags and trims, are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the order
A uniform or wall pad that matches correctly as a sample has to match the same way across a full gym order, and again if the academy reorders later. Cutting and stitching stay consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and material batches are tracked so colors and quality don't drift between deliveries.
