Fabric and construction lean toward durability here. Reinforced stitching at stress points, abrasion-resistant fabric blends, and flat seams that hold up under repeated friction matter more than in general gym wear. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric durability, fit, and stitching, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand tags and trims are applied at the sample stage to the buyer's specification, whether it's an established performance brand or a private label brand building its first functional fitness line.
Consistency across the order
A short or legging that holds up correctly as a sample has to perform the same way across a full production run, and again if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, reinforced seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so durability doesn't drift between deliveries.
