- Fashion Outerwear Manufacturing
Outerwear has to do more work than most fashion categories, protect against weather while still holding a silhouette that reads as intentional rather than purely functional. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments out of Sialkot since 1972, and fashion outerwear combines that dual demand of protection and design in a way lighter garment categories don't need to manage.

What We Produce
We manufacture seasonal outerwear collections combining protection, layering, and fashion-focused design. These pieces span a range of weights and purposes, from lighter transitional jackets to heavier seasonal coats, so construction and insulation choices shift depending on where in the season a piece is meant to sit and how much protection it needs to offer.
Construction And Layering
Outerwear construction often involves multiple layers, an outer shell, insulation or lining, and sometimes a separate interior structure, so we manage how those layers work together rather than treating outerwear as a single-layer garment. Seams get sealed or reinforced depending on the weather protection a piece needs, and closures like zippers and snaps are chosen and placed for both function and the finished silhouette. Fit through the shoulders and sleeves is adjusted to allow for layering underneath without looking bulky.
Working To Your Collection
Send us your design references, tech packs, or existing samples, and we build patterns and develop samples that match your intended silhouette and protection level before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that construction into full production runs, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where outerwear ships under a brand's own labels and packaging rather than ours.
Getting Started
If you're developing a fashion outerwear collection, send over your specifications and we'll walk through construction, insulation, and what a first sample would need before scaling up.
