Our range covers what a club or brand typically orders across a season: match jerseys and shorts cut to the buyer's pattern, skorts for women's teams, socks in team colors, training tops for practice sessions, and jackets for travel and sideline wear. Fabric choice varies by piece. Match jerseys usually call for lightweight, breathable material for a fast-paced game, while jackets need a bit more structure and coverage. Production runs from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a fixed range.
Turning your kit design into a sample
Most orders start with a reference kit, a sketch, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and stitching, and get it approved before bulk production starts. Club crests, sponsor logos, and team colors are applied through print or embroidery at this stage, so what ships in bulk, whether it's a club order or a private label run for a sportswear brand, matches exactly what was signed off.
Consistency across the full order
A jersey or skort that fits right as a sample needs to fit the same way across a full team order, and again, if that order repeats the following season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and fit don't drift between deliveries.
