Food-processing environments operate under hygiene rules that most workwear must meet, and staff move between different temperature zones within the same shift, from standard production floors to cold-storage areas. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments from Sialkot since 1972, and food-processing uniforms are designed around those two demands at once: cleanliness and temperature.

What We Produce

What We Produce

This range covers hygienic coats, trousers, coveralls, aprons, caps, and cold-room apparel. A food-processing order usually needs to cover both standard production wear and separate cold-room gear, since staff working in chillers or freezers need heavier, insulated pieces that standard-floor uniforms don't require. We build each set for the zone it's actually worn in rather than treating the whole facility as one environment.

Hygiene-Focused Construction

Hygienic coats and coveralls are cut with minimal exposed stitching and closures, reducing places for contamination to collect, and the fabric is selected to withstand frequent, high-temperature industrial washing without breaking down. Caps are built for full coverage and secure fit, since hair containment matters as much as the garment itself in a food-processing setting. Aprons are sized to layer cleanly over coats or coveralls without restricting movement during repetitive tasks.

Cold-Room Requirements

Cold-room apparel needs insulation without restricting movement, since staff still have to work, lift, and move through freezing or chilled sections. We build these pieces with layering in mind, so a coverall or jacket retains warmth without becoming too bulky to work in, and the closures are designed to keep cold air out at the cuffs and collar.
