- Formal & Business Wear Manufacturing
A business suit or tailored blazer is judged by different standards than casual clothing: drape, structure, and how clean the finish looks under close inspection. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments from Sialkot since 1972, and formal and business wear requires tailoring precision that casual production doesn't.

What We Produce
We manufacture professional and refined fashion collections built for offices, meetings, and corporate settings. These pieces tend to be judged by structure and finish more than any casual category; a formal jacket that doesn't sit right across the shoulders or a trouser that doesn't hold a clean line stands out immediately in a professional setting.
Structure And Finish
Formal and business garments rely on internal construction, canvassing, interfacing, and lining, that doesn't show on the outside but determines how the piece drapes and holds shape over time. We handle that internal structure alongside the outer construction, so a jacket keeps its shape through wear rather than losing structure after a few uses. Seam finishing and pressing standards are held tighter here than on casual lines, since flaws are more visible on structured garments, particularly along lapels and shoulder seams.
Working To Your Collection
Send us your design references, tech packs, or existing samples, and we build patterns and develop samples that match your intended fit and structure before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that construction into full production runs, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where formal and business wear ships under a brand's own labels and packaging rather than ours.
Getting Started
If you're developing a formal or business wear collection, send over your specifications and we'll walk through fabric, structure, and what a first sample would need before scaling up.
