What we manufacture for golf brands and pro shops

Construction varies by piece. A polo generally needs a stretch or performance fabric for movement, while rainwear needs taped seams and a water-resistant finish that still breathes. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
Turning your design into a production sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Club or brand logos, sponsor marks, or a private label brand's own tags and trims are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the order
A polo or pair of trousers that fits right as a sample has to fit the same way across a full production run, and again, if the order repeats the following season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and fit don't drift between deliveries.
