What we manufacture for gym and training brands
Our range covers what an activewear brand typically builds a collection around: leggings and shorts cut for squats and heavy movement, tank tops and training tees for upper-body wear, sports bras for support during training, and hoodies for warm-up and post-workout layering. Fabric choice depends on the piece and the training style it's built for. Leggings generally need four-way stretch and compression, while hoodies can carry a heavier, brushed fabric for comfort outside the gym. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and stitching, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand logos, tags, and trims are applied at the sample stage exactly to the buyer's specification, whether the order is for an established label or a private label brand building its first collection.
Consistency across the order
A legging or tank that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across a full production run, and again if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and fit don't drift between deliveries.
