- Leather Gloves Manufacturer For Private Label Brands
Brands sourcing leather gloves, whether for motorcycle riders, fashion lines, or work and utility use, need a manufacturer who can match cut, stitching, and fit across every pair in a run. Blue Star Manufacturing produces leather gloves for private label brands building their own glove line.
Motorcycle Gloves
What We Manufacture
We make leather gloves built to the buyer's own pattern and construction spec, covering styles from riding and fashion gloves through to more functional, work-oriented designs. Panel layout, stitch type, lining, closures, and leather grade all follow your reference sample or tech pack rather than a fixed house style. If you're developing a new glove design, we build a sample against your spec before moving into bulk cutting.
How Private Label Production Works
You bring the design, sizing, and branding. We handle leather sourcing, cutting, stitching, and quality checks at each stage of production, then finish and pack the gloves under your label with no factory branding attached. Glove fit is unforgiving. A pattern that's off by a small margin shows up immediately across sizes, so we work through fit and construction at the sample stage before that pattern goes into full production.
Why Brands Manufacture With Us
Gloves are a small product with a lot riding on precision. Stitch placement, leather selection, and sizing consistency have to hold across hundreds or thousands of pairs, not just the sample you approve. We've built that kind of consistency into our process since 1972, working out of our facility in Sialkot, where samples are expected to match bulk output rather than serve as a best-case example. Every stage of production runs through quality checks, and confidentiality on private label work stays intact throughout, so the brand on the label is yours alone.
If you have a glove design, a spec sheet, or a sample pair you want reproduced at scale, send it over and we'll walk through materials, sizing, and what a sample run would look like.
