What We Produce
We manufacture breathable, lightweight collections for warm climates, resort markets, and seasonal fashion, featuring pieces designed to perform in heat rather than simply look appropriate for it. These collections often move on tight seasonal timelines, so consistent quality across fast production cycles matters as much as the fabric choice itself.
Breathability And Fit
Lightweight fabrics require different handling than heavier textiles; they're more prone to seam puckering and need finer needles and adjusted tension to stitch cleanly without distorting the fabric. Ease is deliberately built into patterns, since summer garments rely on airflow around the body rather than close, insulating fits. Sheerness is also a factor with very lightweight fabrics, so lining or fabric weight is chosen carefully depending on how much coverage a design needs to maintain.
Working To Your Collection
Send us your design references, fabric weight preferences, or existing samples, and we build patterns and develop samples that hold shape despite the fabric's light weight before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that construction into full production runs, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where lightweight summer apparel ships under a brand's own labels and packaging rather than ours.
