Fabric choice matters here as much as cut. Coverage pieces still need breathable, moisture-managing fabric so they hold up through actual activity rather than just standing in for regular clothing. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet describing coverage requirements and fit. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand tags, labels, and trims are applied at the sample stage to the buyer's specification, whether it's an established label or a private label brand building its first modest activewear line.
Consistency across the order
A tunic or legging that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across a full production run, and again if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so coverage and fit don't drift between deliveries.
