Muay Thai
What we manufacture for Muay Thai and kickboxing brands
Our range covers apparel and equipment together: Muay Thai shorts cut with a wide, stretch-friendly fit for high kicks, rash guards and training tops, shin guards and hand wraps for protection, and striking pads and focus mitts for gym use. Material choice shifts depending on the piece. Shorts need lightweight, breathable fabric with reinforced stitching at stress points, while pads and protective gear rely on padded foam and durable leather or synthetic leather covers. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference product, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm materials, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Gym logos, sponsor branding, or a private label brand's own tags and trims are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the order
A short or pair of shin guards that performs correctly as a sample has to hold that same standard across a full production run. Cutting and stitching stay consistent, padding and seams get checked at each stage, and material batches are tracked so quality doesn't drift between deliveries.
If you have a design, a reference product, or a spec sheet ready, send it over, and we'll walk you through sampling and timelines for your Muay Thai and kickboxing range.
