- Resort & Vacation Wear Manufacturing
Resort wear has to work in conditions most fashion lines don't plan around, heat, humidity, sun exposure, and travel, so lightweight construction and breathable fabric choices matter more here than in most casual or formal categories. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments out of Sialkot since 1972, and resort wear draws on that experience with lighter fabrics and warm-weather construction.
Resort and vacation
What We Produce
We manufacture lightweight seasonal collections built for holidays, resorts, cruises, and warm-weather destinations. These pieces are designed around comfort in heat and ease of packing and travel, so fabric weight and breathability are considered from the earliest stage of production rather than adjusted after the fact. Silhouettes tend to run looser and more relaxed than everyday casualwear, built for hot climates rather than year-round use.
Fabric And Construction
Lightweight, breathable fabrics that resist creasing during travel are a priority for resort collections, along with construction that holds shape without extra layers or heavy interfacing. Prints, colors, and finishing techniques suited to warm-weather markets are worked in during production, and we keep fabric sourcing consistent across a collection so pieces coordinate as intended once they reach a buyer's shelves and get worn together as a set.
Working To Your Collection
Send us your design references, tech packs, or existing samples, and we build patterns and develop samples that match your intended fit and fabric hand before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that construction into full production runs, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where resort and vacation wear ships under a brand's own labels and packaging rather than ours.
Getting Started
If you're developing a resort or vacation wear collection, send over your specifications and we'll walk through fabric options, fit, and what a first sample would need.
