Kitchen and service wear has to survive heat, spills, and a full shift of movement between the kitchen and the floor, all while still looking clean by the end of service. Blue Star Manufacturing has run garment production out of Sialkot since 1972, and restaurant uniforms need that same balance of durability and presentation across every role, from the line cook to the server.

What We Produce

Our restaurant and catering range covers chef coats, kitchen trousers, server shirts, aprons, and caps. Kitchen and front-of-house roles have different demands: chef coats need heat and stain resistance near the stove, while server shirts need a cleaner, more presentable finish for the dining room, so each piece in the range gets built around its own working conditions.

Fabric And Construction

We work with fabrics chosen to withstand heat, moisture, and frequent industrial washing without breaking down, since kitchen garments undergo harder use and more frequent laundering than most workwear. Chef coats and aprons get reinforced stitching at stress points for the reaching and bending kitchen work involves, and closures are set for quick removal in case of spills or heat. Fabric weight, pocket layout, closures, and trim colours can all be built to a buyer's specification.

Working To Your Specifications

Send us a size chart, a tech pack, or existing uniform samples, and we build patterns and develop samples across the full range before moving into bulk production. Once samples are approved, we carry the same construction into volume orders, including private-label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where restaurant and catering uniforms ship under a brand's or distributor's own name and packaging rather than ours.
