- Retail & Store Uniforms Manufacturing
Retail staff are on the floor in front of customers for most of a shift, so a store uniform has to hold its shape and color through a full day of movement, not just look good on a hanger. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments in Sialkot since 1972, and retail uniforms are as much about consistent branding across a chain as they are about the individual garment.

What We Produce
This range covers polo shirts, T-shirts, shirts, aprons, jackets, and coordinated store wear. A retail order usually isn't one item; it's a coordinated set: a polo for the sales floor, an apron for stock work, a jacket for outdoor or seasonal duties, all meant to read as one look when staff stand next to each other.
Matching Across A Chain
The harder part of retail uniforms isn't any single garment; it's keeping color and fit consistent across locations and reorders months apart. A polo ordered in March has to match the same shade ordered again in October, which comes down to controlling dye lots and fabric sourcing rather than just cutting to a pattern. We hold that consistency across a full production run and across repeat orders.
Branding And Practical Details
Embroidery, printed logos, and trim colors get built into the garment during production rather than added on afterward, so placement and finish stay consistent piece to piece. Aprons and jackets can include pockets sized for handheld scanners, order pads, or till essentials, depending on how staff actually use them on the floor.
