What we manufacture for rugby teams and brands
Our range covers a club or brand's regular order: match jerseys built for durability and grip resistance, shorts cut for movement, socks matched to team colors, training tops for practice sessions, and warm-up wear for before and after matches. Jersey fabric usually needs to sit heavier than a standard sports shirt to cope with contact, and we build to that rather than working off a lightweight default. Everything gets produced from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing, and the finished kit carries your branding, not ours.
Turning your kit design into a production sample
Most rugby orders begin with a reference jersey, a design file, or a full spec sheet from the buyer. We use that to build a sample, confirm fabric weight, panel construction, and stitching, and get it signed off before bulk production starts. Club badges, sponsor logos, and team colors are applied through embroidery or print at this stage, so the bulk order matches exactly what was approved.
Holding quality across the full order
A rugby kit that passes inspection as a sample has to hold up the same way across a full production run, whether that's a single club order or a multi-team contract. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so a repeat order months later still matches the original.
