A salon uniform sits closer to fashion than most workwear. Clients are looking at the staff as part of the experience, so fit and finish matter as much as durability through a treatment or styling session. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments from Sialkot since 1972, and salon and spa wear is designed to maintain that polished look through a full day of close client contact.

What We Produce

What We Produce

This range covers tunic tops, dresses, trousers, aprons, and coordinated salon wear. Salons and spas often mix roles within one order- stylists, therapists, and reception staff- each needing a slightly different silhouette while still reading as one coordinated look across the team. We build the set, so every piece matches in colour and finish even when the cut differs by role.

Fit And Movement

Stylists and therapists spend hours standing, bending over a chair or treatment table, and reaching, so tunics and dresses are cut with enough ease through the shoulders and arms to move freely without pulling. Trousers are shaped to stay comfortable through long shifts on their feet, and aprons are sized to protect the uniform underneath during treatments or colouring work without adding bulk.

Fabric And Finish

Salon and spa fabrics need to resist staining from products like hair colour and oils while still looking soft and presentable against skin. We select fabric weight and finish based on the role: lighter and softer for spa therapists, slightly more structured for stylists and front-of-house staff, and we hold consistent colour across a full production run so repeat orders match earlier ones.
