What we manufacture for striking equipment brands
Our range covers the core equipment a gym or brand typically needs: punching bags built with reinforced stitching and consistent fill weight, kick shields and strike pads for coach and partner work, focus mitts for pad rounds, speed bags for hand-eye drills, and coaching targets for technique training. Cover material is usually leather or synthetic leather over a durable inner lining, chosen based on how much daily impact the piece needs to take. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference product, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fill weight, cover material, and stitching, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Gym branding, sponsor logos, or a private label brand's own tags and trims are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the order
A bag or pad that holds up correctly as a sample has to perform the same way across a full production run. Stitching stays consistent, seams and fill weight get checked at each stage, and material batches are tracked so durability doesn't drift between deliveries.
