- Sustainable activewear manufacturer for activewear brands
Sustainable activewear asks more of a factory than a standard order, sourcing recycled or organic materials, tracking those materials through cutting and production, and still hitting the same fit and performance standards buyers expect from any other activewear range. Blue Star Manufacturing produces activewear collections using recycled, organic or lower-impact materials, covering leggings, tees, shorts and hoodies for activewear brands and importers across the USA, UK, and Europe, including private label production for brands that want the range made and delivered under their own name.
Sustainable
What we manufacture in sustainable activewear
Our range covers core activewear pieces built with recycled or organic fabric options: leggings and shorts for training, tees for everyday wear, and hoodies for layering. Material sourcing is discussed and confirmed with each buyer directly, since recycled and organic fabric options, blends, and availability vary by piece and order size. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack, sizing, and material requirements rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet, along with the material direction the buyer wants to work with. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand tags, labels, and trims are applied at sample stage to the buyer's specification, whether it's an established sustainable label or a private label brand building its first low-impact collection.
Consistency across the order
A legging or tee that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across a full production run, and again if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and material sourcing is tracked so the same fabric standard carries through the full order.
If you have a design, a reference garment, or a spec sheet ready, along with the material direction you're working toward, send it over and we'll walk you through sampling and timelines.
