What we manufacture for tennis brands and clubs
Our range covers a full tennis collection: polo shirts and T-shirts for match and casual wear, shorts and skirts cut for movement, dresses for women's lines, and warm-up jackets for before and after play. Construction shifts depending on the piece. A polo needs a clean collar and structured placket, while a dress needs built-in stretch and often a lining layer for coverage during play. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Club branding, sponsor logos, or a private label brand's own tags and trims are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Holding consistency across the order
A polo or dress that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across a full production run, and again, if the order repeats the following season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and fit don't drift between deliveries.
