What we manufacture for thermal and base-layer brands
Our range covers what a cold-weather or performance brand typically needs: thermal tops and leggings cut close to the body for effective layering, coordinated base-layer sets, and mid-layer fleece pieces for added warmth. Fabric selection is central here. Brushed interior finishes, moisture-wicking blends, and stretch that holds up under multiple layers matter more than in general activewear. We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet describing warmth and fit requirements. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and construction, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand tags, labels, and trims are applied at the sample stage to the buyer's specification, whether it's an established performance label or a private label brand building its first thermal range.
Consistency across the order
A thermal top or legging that fits and performs correctly as a sample has to hold that same warmth and stretch across a full production run, and again if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so performance doesn't drift between deliveries.
