- Transport & Logistics Uniforms Manufacturing
A driver uniform and a warehouse uniform are answering different problems even though they belong to the same fleet. One needs to look right to a customer at the doorstep, the other needs to survive a shift of lifting boxes on a loading dock. Blue Star Manufacturing, working out of Sialkot since 1972, builds both sides of that range rather than treating logistics wear as one uniform type.
Logistics
What We Produce
This range covers driver shirts, trousers, jackets, warehouse wear, and delivery uniforms. Delivery-facing pieces carry more weight on presentation, since a driver at someone's door is representing the brand directly, while warehouse wear is built more around function than appearance. We size and cut each differently rather than running one pattern across both.
Fit For The Job
Drivers spend hours seated, so trousers and jackets are cut to avoid bunching at the waist and knees during long shifts behind the wheel. Warehouse pieces get more room through the shoulders and arms for repeated lifting and reaching, along with sturdier fabric at the elbows and knees where the wear shows first. Jackets can be built with weather protection for staff working outdoors on loading docks or during deliveries in poor weather.
Branding And Visibility
Logo placement, company colours, and reflective strips get worked into the pattern rather than added as an afterthought, since fleet uniforms often need to be recognizable from a distance for both branding and safety reasons. We can match a specific colour code across shirts, jackets, and trousers so a whole fleet looks uniform, whether it's ten vehicles or a hundred.
