Heat and sparks demand a different construction approach than general workwear, since a standard seam or fabric choice can fail exactly where a welder needs protection most. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced garments from Sialkot since 1972, and welding and heat-protection apparel is built around fabric and construction choices suited to sustained heat exposure rather than general wear and tear.

What We Produce

We manufacture welding jackets, suits, aprons, sleeves, leggings, hoods, and heat-resistant welding gloves, covering the range a welder or heat-exposed worker needs across the body. Different roles need different pieces from this range; some workers need full-coverage suits, others need targeted protection like sleeves or aprons layered over standard workwear, so we build to how the garment will actually be worn.

Heat-Resistant Construction

Fabric selection prioritizes resistance to sparks, spatter, and radiant heat, and stitching uses thread that won't melt or degrade under the same conditions the fabric is built to resist, since a heat-resistant fabric sewn with the wrong thread creates a weak point at every seam. Closures and overlaps are constructed to prevent sparks from finding gaps in coverage, particularly at the neck, wrists, and front closure where exposure risk is highest. Hoods and leggings are built for full coverage without restricting the movement welding work requires.

Working To Your Order

Send us your role requirements, exposure conditions, and size chart, and we build samples across the range before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that same construction into volume orders, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where welding and heat-protection apparel ships under your company's or distributor's own name and packaging rather than ours.
