We produce from the buyer's own tech pack and sizing rather than a stock catalog.
From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and finishing, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. Brand tags, labels, and trims are applied at the sample stage to the buyer's specification, whether it's an established wellness label or a private label brand building its first lounge collection.
Consistency across the order
A robe or lounge set that feels right as a sample has to feel the same way across a full production run, and again, if the collection repeats next season. Cutting stays consistent, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so hand-feel and color don't drift between deliveries.
