- Woven Apparel Manufacturing
Woven fabric holds a crisp line that knit fabric can't, which is why tailored shirts, structured trousers, and formal pieces almost always start with a woven base rather than jersey. Blue Star Manufacturing has produced textiles out of Sialkot since 1972, and woven apparel calls on precise cutting and stitching, since the fabric doesn't stretch to forgive an off pattern the way knit does.
Woven
What We Produce
We manufacture structured woven-fabric collections for casual, formal, lifestyle, and commercial use, spanning a wide range of garment types that share one thing in common: fabric that holds its shape rather than moving with the body. This breadth means a single order can cover very different end uses, from a relaxed woven shirt to a structured commercial uniform piece.
Precision Cutting And Structure
Because woven fabric doesn't stretch, every pattern piece has to be cut accurately the first time; small errors don't get absorbed the way they might in a stretch fabric. Seam allowances, dart placement, and grainline alignment all affect how a woven garment hangs and holds its shape once finished. We hold tight tolerances on cutting accuracy across a production run, since consistency here is what keeps every unit fitting the way the sample did.
Working To Your Collection
Send us your design references, tech packs, or existing samples, and we build patterns and develop samples that match your intended structure and drape before scaling into bulk production. Once a sample is approved, we carry that construction into full production runs, including private label manufacturing in bulk quantities, where woven apparel ships under a brand's own labels and packaging rather than ours.
