From your design to a finished sample
Most orders start with a reference garment, a design file, or a full spec sheet. We build a sample from that, confirm fabric, fit, and sizing progression, and get it signed off before bulk production begins. School crests, team branding, or a private label brand's own tags and trims are applied at the sample stage, so what ships in bulk matches exactly what was approved.
Consistency across the order
A tee or tracksuit that fits correctly as a sample has to fit the same way across every size in the run, and again, if the order repeats the following season. Cutting stays consistent across the size range, seams get checked at each stage, and fabric batches are tracked so colors and fit don't drift between deliveries.
